What is collagen and how does it work?

Collagen Coffee recipe
Ingredients:
☕ Strong-brewed coffee or espresso shot
💪 10g Chuckling Goat’s Pure Fish Collagen
🥛 Milk – we use goat or oat – unsweetened almond and any A2 milk works just as well
🤍 1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)
Method:
- Brew your coffee
- Heat up the milk and add 10g of Chuckling Goat’s Pure Fish Collagen. Use a whisk or frother to combine.
- Add the coffee to the milk, finish with a drop of vanilla essence for sweetness.
